Take a few moments to review your visualization, noting the things that you like about the image. You might think of something that you could take from the image that you can use in your day-to-day life to increase your self-confidence.

Step 6: Conclusion. Once you’ve explored your visualization and reviewed it, take a few moments to come back to the present moment. Take a few moments to write down the things from your visualization that you want to take with you and apply to your life.
